Keonda es una red social y marketplace náutico. Al crear una cuenta o usar la app aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.
Debes ser mayor de edad en tu país y proporcionar información veraz. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta y de mantener seguras tus credenciales.
Eres responsable del contenido que publicas (mensajes, fotos, publicaciones, pedidos). Conservas la titularidad de tu contenido y nos concedes una licencia limitada para mostrarlo dentro del servicio.
Cero tolerancia con el contenido objetable y los usuarios abusivos. Está prohibido publicar contenido ilegal, difamatorio, acosador, odioso, sexualmente explícito, violento o que infrinja derechos de terceros, así como acosar o abusar de otros usuarios. Al usar Keonda aceptas esta norma.
Ofrecemos herramientas para reportar contenido y bloquear usuarios dentro de la app. Revisamos los reportes y actuamos, normalmente dentro de las 24 horas, retirando el contenido y/o expulsando a los usuarios infractores.
Keonda facilita el contacto entre usuarios para servicios náuticos. Cuando los pagos estén disponibles, los procesa Stripe; Keonda no almacena datos de tarjetas. Las transacciones se realizan entre usuarios bajo su propia responsabilidad.
La app, su marca y su software pertenecen a Keonda / Supersolid. No puedes copiar, modificar ni realizar ingeniería inversa salvo lo permitido por la ley.
Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que infrinjan estos Términos. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta), lo que borra tu perfil y tus datos asociados.
La app se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías. Keonda no se responsabiliza de las interacciones entre usuarios ni del contenido publicado por terceros. En la medida permitida por la ley, nuestra responsabilidad es limitada.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. El uso continuado de la app tras un cambio implica su aceptación.

Keonda is a nautical social network and marketplace. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
You must be of legal age in your country and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account's activity and for keeping your credentials secure.
You are responsible for the content you post (messages, photos, posts, requests). You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to display it within the service.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes others' rights — as well as harassing or abusing other users — is prohibited. By using Keonda you agree to this rule.
We provide in-app tools to report content and block users. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours, by removing content and/or ejecting the offending users.
Keonda facilitates contact between users for nautical services. When payments are available, they are processed by Stripe; Keonda never stores card data. Transactions occur between users at their own responsibility.
The app, its brand and software belong to Keonda / Supersolid. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account), which erases your profile and associated data.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. Keonda is not responsible for interactions between users or for content posted by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
